Honolulu Star Advertiser quoted Senior Cooperative Extension Educator Diane Hirsch about the risk of fecal contamination at farmers’ markets and pick-your-own operations.

The Hartford Courant ran a story on UConn’s online cannabis summer course, which it said was the first of its kind to be offered in the nation.

Outside Magazine gave tips from Department of Kinesiology Professor Douglas Casa on how to prevent and treat heat stroke. Casa is the chief executive officer of the Korey Stringer Institute, which is housed in kinesiology.
