Postdoctoral Research Associate Rebecca Boehm, lead author of the study, was quoted in the article. She is part of agricultural and resource economics. See also UConn Today.

UConn Today quoted Ashley Helton and Beth Lawrence, who are both assistant professors in the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment. Their research involves how much wetlands, natural sinks for carbon, are impacting various ecosystem functions.

The Daily Campus ran an article about the Undergraduate Student Government and included comments from CAHNR student, Caitlin Cannon, a newly elected senator from the College.
